Secure Vote Utah started 38 days ago with fewer than 10 people. This grassroots campaign to secure safer elections picked up tremendous support across the state, and collected over 28,000 signatures in five weeks….Engaged citizens were anxious to find ways to support our cause of protecting elections. If we can gather this many signatures in a few weeks’ time, imagine what we can do now that we are connected, mobilized, and organized.
We could not say it any better!
Yes, we only got 28,280 signatures so far. Winter, covid, a short time frame, a hostile Lt. Governor, a fiscal analysis we couldn’t analyze, and a deliberately difficult initiative process—all were challenges. Nonetheless, momentum has continued to build each week, right up to the present.
New people are joining us every day with a message—stay in the fight! We will.
One-on-one, we will continue to reach out to concerned citizens who are looking for answers. We will raise awareness, we will continue to learn, and we will train. We will fill public meetings and speak out. We will continue to find the best, most dedicated Utahns who will organize every part of this state. We welcome you in a spirit of unity as we work together to secure our elections.

Despite media smears and disinformation, despite constant attacks from our highest elected officials, Secure Vote Utah will not stop. More people are signing up. They want to continue this movement for safe elections. We will tune up the website and provide more content. But our focus will continue to be action, action, and more action.

Contact your State Representative, Rep. Brad Wilson (801-538-1029), and Senator Stuart Adams (801-593-1776), and firmly but respectfully urge them to support this bill. Do this today!

Also, tell your legislators, especially members of the House Government Operations Committee and the Senate Government Operations Committee to oppose all bills that promote Alternative Voting and Ranked Choice Voting! HB 264 is particularly dangerous because the House approved it today (Feb. 17) and forwarded it to the Senate.
